World & Cave Exploration
Explore the biomes to find different vegetation and resources. Surface and underground are separate dimensions in the same realm. Day and night are shared by players.
Cave passages
Section titled “Cave passages”Right-click a cave entrance while within reach, then wait for the travel cast. Movement cancels it immediately. The matching cave exit leads back to the surface. Public passages and their safety area cannot be claimed or blocked by normal protected building actions. Bring a torch, food and a suitable pickaxe. Lava burns; water can slow you and deep water can drown you.
Preserved terrain
Section titled “Preserved terrain”The game retains released world-generation profiles so older builds and protected areas stay usable when exploration rules evolve. Existing saved buildings and claims are not erased to refresh scenery. You can encounter areas made by different released profiles; apparent resource density is not a promise of a fixed biome drop percentage. The wiki describes the implemented biome types, not a live map of private player locations.
EU #1 landscapes
Section titled “EU #1 landscapes”EU #1 uses Worldgen V4. Its environments are Plains, Forest, Desert, Swamp, River, Sea, Ocean and Caves. Terrain, water depth and resource placement follow the authoritative server generator.
Water regions: Rivers stay inland and meet the coast. Below sea level, Sea or Ocean takes precedence, including swimming depth and fishing catches. Rivers do not form freshwater corridors across open marine water.
Content Expansion 1 is activated on EU #1. It is a guarded content layer over unchanged Worldgen V4, not another biome or generator profile.
The World & Biomes index lists eight active environments. Plains has open, flowery space and fewer trees; Forest has denser tree cover. Saved builds and claims follow the normal protection rules. The static wiki has no private map or runtime controls.
